1. Can I get free samples?
Free samples are unavailable. You need to pay sample cost and shipping fee for testing. The sample fee will be fully refunded once you place formal bulk order. Samples are non-refundable without factory quality defects.

2. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Standard MOQ is 50-100pcs per item. Small trial order with lower quantity is negotiable based on specific items.

3. Do you support OEM/ODM services?
Yes, full OEM & ODM service is available, including custom logo printing, private label and customized packaging design.

4. What is your delivery time?
Normally 7-15 working days after deposit received. Delivery will be postponed if buyer changes specification, package/logo or delays deposit payment, buyer cannot cancel order or claim return for this reason.

5. What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, Western Union and other regular payments. Flexible terms can be discussed for long-term regular clients.

6. Do you provide product warranty?
All LED lights come with 1-year official warranty; defective items caused by manufacturing fault can be replaced in your next order.

7. Return & Refund Policy
① No free return or rejection without manufacturing quality problem. Return is unavailable if you order wrong model/size or unsatisfied with brightness/appearance or poor market sales; exchange available at buyer’s cost of round-trip freight and product depreciation fee.
② All damage claim must be submitted with clear photos & videos within 24 hours after goods receipt. No after-sale return request will be accepted beyond the time limit.
③ Damage caused by improper installation, self-modification, wrong wiring, vehicle circuit failure, water immersion or crash accident is excluded from warranty and return policy.
④ Full bulk order cannot be returned due to bad fitting on end-user cars or unsalable market.

Installation Guides

  1. Disconnect the car battery before starting any installation work.
  2. Remove the dust cover from the headlight housing.
  3. Unplug the original bulb connector and take out the old bulb.
  4. Insert the new LED bulb into the housing, aligning the base correctly.
  5. Reconnect the power connector and test the light before putting everything back together.

Warranty & Guarantees

  • All products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty covers only normal use failures, not damage from improper installation, modification, or accidents.
  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
